This is a hidden gem in Siargao. Right in front of a church. Open alfresco restaurant.
Passed by this place and I was looking for an open place that cooks your food upon ordering.
Ordered the sizzling spicy sissig. It's pork sauté and presented in a sizzling plate with Mayo, egg and rice. Not the healthiest, but was cooked well, spiced well, with a little kick to it.
The Noodles, pacit was really good. Looks like only had 6 ingredients, garlic, onions, carrots, cabbage, green beans and noodles. Had a little citrus hint, spiced well and not too overpowering with salt.
Prices were very affordable, compared to other restaurants in the middle of the tourist area in Siargao.
Friendly wait staff and the food was cooked right in front of you.
Ambiance is very relaxed and island feel. read more
