Whatever is in that side sauce really made the whole meal. I'm a sucker for a good tzatziki sauce which brought each dish to another level...they were already good without the sauce too! The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the pork was juicy and flavorful. The "special" quesadilla is really deserving of its name. I don't know how they grill those tortillas to perfection but it was the best quesadilla I've ever had. Messy, but so worth it. We ordered the quesadilla again when we came back for lunch the following day. It's great for one person's meal, but even better to share as an appetizer for the table. I wanted that juicy chicken again but opted to try something else this time - the beef shawarma wrap. It had the same beautifully grilled tortilla as the quesadilla, and it was a huge portion! I liked the veggies and jalapeno inside. It just needed a side of their special sauce, but luckily we had some leftover from the quesadilla!
