After my bed was not properly cleaned over a year ago, I began my journey at another salon. I had broke out so bad that I developed rashes all over my backside. My salon had an emergency situation that had them closed and I didn't want to travel to get to the next one. Decided to stop by again. The place wreaked of cigarettes just from constant smoking g out the back door (which was another reason I had stopped buying packages and going). As a former smoker, that is the last thing I needed to walk into. The bulbs in the face tanner were all out minus one, plus I was supposed to have the full time and only received 5 minutes. After all this, my bed was only set for 5 minutes not the full time. Of course I had to get dressed to even open the door to be able to conversations with the lady, and no apology but that she would reset it again. I was done, had no more time to waste and she was not customer friendly. I really wish the old owners were still there- had so much more friendliness and offers to make things right without attitudes. I may add I asked for an extra towel to wipe down my own bed, and that was the first change of attitude I had with her. Especially after the last encounter, I was going to make sure I had adequate coverage of cleanliness. For a 30 dollar investment for tanning, total waste of my time and money.

I showed Celeste some photos on my phone for the color I was looking for. She absolutely nailed it! She was very nice, easy to hold a conversation with and very competent. I already booked my next appointment with her. As far as pricing, I feel they are on par with most salons. Don't expect it to be cheap, but at least you get exactly what you ask for. Today though will be my last visit to this establishment. I'm both disappointed, and embarrassed from the lack of professionalism. I had just started back three days ago, where upon the first two days were great. The girl at the desk was very sweet, responsive, and willing to show how the new beds worked, since they have a whole new set up. Today though I was greeted with embarrassment, and a false accusation in front of a group of woman (I do not know). I get to the counter, and am immediately told not to vape in the business by the owner. (I work in customer service, and know better then anyone not to do this in a place of business.) That I had been confronted on this matter by the girl I had seen the previous two days. The first day I had vaped at the counter (not true, my vape was off), and she told me not to do that. The second day, as I was tanning, I had apparently vaped, and nothing but vape smoke billowed out from the room I was in, again not true. I calmly explained that none of this had happened, I had never been confronted, nor vaped in her business. Again i've been going there for 12 years on my own, and I went as a child when it was owned by another lady, when my mother tanned. I know the rules, and would never even dream of vaping in a business. I was then asked to leave my vape in my car from then on, whereby I answered that I would not do that, because anyone with any knowledge of a vape, knows that if they get to overheated the batteries can explode. I explained this, and was answered back with a, "I don't want to make a to do of this, but my own children leave theirs in their car." I immediately made sure my vape was turned off, and showed that it was turned off. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by an establishment, and humiliated like this before in front of people I do not know, or talked down to like I was a child for having their hand in the candy jar. There is a way of handling things, and had there been an issue, pulling me aside, and explaining the situation(which was VERY untrue), instead of calling me out in front of complete strangers would have been better at handling this situation, and calling the employee as I was standing there, and asked. I hope things get pulled together there for future patrons, as I will not be returning. They have lost this 12 year patron!
