I didn't panic, but after retracing my steps didn't work, I stopped looking and decided I would indeed find them when I stopped looking for them. After "not looking" for 24 hours, I called the office. Lee was empathetic and offered to have my house key, mail key, and gate fob replaced and delivered to my door as soon as possible. Immediately upon hanging up the phone, a thunderbolt hit as I remembered changing my "Valentine" door wreath to a "Let It Snow" door wreath. There were my keys, dangling by the car key fob from the snowman's hat. I immediately called Lee to stop the key remake when Serena told me Lee was already getting things started. Now I'm sure some lady losing her keys wasn't the most important task to be done, but the ladies laughed (WITH me of course) but making my little problem was indeed important to them. Any maintenance issues have been addressed that same day and I really like how the managers are always available to talk to either in person or via email. I love being so close to downtown Cincinnati and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Covington. There are two very nice club rooms/lounge areas that can be reserved for events or parties, a huge gym that includes a sauna, pet spa, coffee/espresso machine with custom drinks, Luxer One locker package system, Tide lockers for your dry cleaning, I mean the list just goes on and on. You can't beat the amenities here!

The building was completely renovated recently offers studios , and 1 and 2 bedroom units- all of which are spacious, with high ceilings and large decks that offer spectacular views. I love that the building includes many amenities; community terrace with firepit, pet friendly, a huge fitness facility, and 24/7 attended security in the lobby. I am a current resident and feel unsafe. I've had two packages stolen from the mail room which is…read moreunlocked from the outside (it has key lock but it's generally open) and from inside the garage for anyone to walk in. I voiced my concerns to the management team both times my packages were stolen and they did not take it seriously, in fact they made it like it was my fault or immediately told me it was likely the delivery driver who stole it. When I initially alerted them with the first theft, the manager stated she would get back with me once she reviewed the footage, she did not. I followed up and she quickly made it seem like it wasn't something she was concerned with. The second package theft they stated they looked through 48 hours worth of surveillance, which is unlikely to do in the 45 minutes from when my complaint was received by their office to when they emailed stating they had reviewed all the footage. They suggested that I should have my packages sent to the UPS store across the street. When asked if they could at minimum put up signage stating there was video surveillance to potential deter theft, he told me "they just take them down" Overall, this is an environment where residents concerns are not taken seriously and instead made to feel inferior for even asking for assistance. Theft is occurring here and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've read other google review with the same complaint from a year ago.

Well, then look no further. This is a trash apartment complex. They façade as being luxury, when in reality, the amount of service that you experience is beyond unsatisfactory. To make it clear, they expect you to leave your apartment, after moving out, with no furniture marks on the carpet. Any typical wear and tear that may be experienced after living in this apartment complex for any amount of time, is decidedly up to you to pay for. Repainting the walls after hanging standard paintings and other furnishings will be prosecuted by the management. They will call collections on you in order to repay what is typically considered to be normal wear and tear by any other apartment rental complex. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs.

Honest review of centennial station…read more I toured centennial station (as a young single professional) in the summer thinking how beautiful the community was and was convinced to move here. Nearly the day I moved in, I wanted to leave. If I could summarize the main issues: 1. There is NO SOUNDPROOFING. You will hear everything, everywhere, all the time. Car door slamming at all hours of the night is common. I haven't gone a night without earplugs. You hear everything upstairs neighbors are doing. 2. This community is right next to a railroad, under an airport flight path, a major road. You hear all of it plus sirens and fireworks. 3. The management did not want to solve tenant problems and noise complaints. over a year of the same issue persisting. The solution is YOU moving out or paying much more to move units. 4. Every tenant pretty much has a pet with added pet excrement everywhere. I also witnessed the occasional large dog attack other dogs in broad daylight. Lots of barking. 5. The facility fees are exorbitant on top of high utility fees. I pay minimum 140 for utilities due to bad energy efficiency and high carrier fees in the area. For a studio, I pay 1700 a month. They raise prices every year. 6. Gates are always broken. Food delivery drivers are constantly coming in and out which totally negates the "gated community" perk. 7. 60 day notice makes it very hard to move out. There is a reason there are a plenthora of available apartments and constant revolving tenants.

They were also great when I had switched jobs and I had a minor gap between paychecks, which caused my rent to go over the "allowable" late time. They were always on top of things and were very kind any time I needed anything. I ended up getting the majority of my deposit back, so I was very happy with that - but it was easy, considering the apartment was already very clean when I moved in. My apartment was nestled back towards the wooded area, so it made it really beautiful during the summer and fall, and my apartment never got overly hot due to the shade from the trees. I would say the ONLY downside to that would be the bugs that would come from the wooded area, but what can you expect? The maintenance staff was always careful about the pets, and ensured that they were not just leaving the door ajar or that they were entering the apartment when pets were "unsupervised." It was just definitely a plus having a caring office staff as well as a caring maintenance staff, because you usually just get one or the other. They also did a big "apartment meet-n-greet" at the movie theater to see a family friendly movie! They paid for popcorn, drinks, and the tickets, the only thing you paid for was anything else you wanted from the concession. It gave everyone a chance to meet their neighbors whom they otherwise probably wouldn't have. I definitely enjoyed every minute I lived here!

My neighbors are not loud which is definitely a plus. The only CONS I have with this place is their car policy is way too strict. I understand having rusty, crappy cars is a big no no, but one little dent isn't hurting anyone or making the complex look bad. You also can't hang any flags and you only get one washer and one dryer per unit. The nice thing though is that they are card operated instead of using all your quarters! You also have to pay for water which kinda sucks because most apartments pay that for you. Other than that, I enjoy living here and would recommend it!

The 'Courtesy Officer' on some occasion said he didn't hear anything, some times asked me to go speak to her -- the final straw and thankfully my last weekend living in the apartment I had family over for the holiday and were enjoying a dinner and it was interrupted by a full party of about 30 - 40 people in the apartment above. So, at this point I called the cops. This was after the Security Guard came down and said yes they are having a party and she said it will be over at midnight. Lol. Completely disregarding the 10pm quiet hours. My family ended up having to leave and I waited for the police. Thankfully, the police responded and the party ended at midnight. There is no doubt if I hadnt called the cops, they wouldve continued much later. I have never been in this type of scenario and was so glad that that was my final weekend in the apartment. I moved out 3 months early and paid two rent for two apartments because the neighbor above was loud and its clear at this point the rental office isnt going to address it. As a tenant that is quiet, pays on time and clean -- I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. The apartments are beautiful, but walls are thin and it will be a NIGHTMARE if you end up with a loud neighbor. On the day of my move out, the rental manager followed the movers and myself as I moved out and watched as we moved boxes from my apartment to the truck. I had to ask him to leave as there was no reason for him to be there. He was making an already stressful day worse. This isnt a normal practice and when I moved in, he nor any of the other leasing people did this. So awkward and weird, maybe he thought I would damage the elevator or steal the hallway decoration. There are so many examples of disperity in treatment among tenants. But a final one ill mention is about a month after moving in I had ONE living room chair being delivered. The movers were stopped and told they had to go to the back. Fine. But, months later a lady moved a an entire bedroom set, mattress and several other items through the front door and she wasnt treated like I was. I stood there and watch not one person in the office stopped her or ask her movers to go to the back. Worse apartment experience ever and so thankful to be away. If you decided to risk it and move here take lots of moving in pics (pay special attention to the carpets they may try to pass that expense to you) and you may need to call the cops on loud neighbors -- because the rental office may not address it for certain tenants. All tenants should have a right to a quiet home.

The property is mostly townhomes, but there are smaller apartment buildings also. It's not one of those new, chic places that a bunch of newly graduated college students go to live - this place has class, and seems to be more of an older crowd which I like! I just want to say how much I appreciate Vernell (one of the the security guards). He has been so welcoming, helpful, and always makes me feel safe when working. I can say confidently that he really cares about the tenants and will do anything for them - even helping carry in groceries! He has been working here for 19 years, and is very good at what he does! The amenities here are great also! There is an amazing pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub for the residents, along with a cabana bar that serves food and drinks for purchase. It makes you feel like you're on vacation! There are also a community garden, dog park, tennis courts, a grill area and a play set for kids. Inside the clubhouse, is a very classy styled bar also which opens when it gets colder outside, they also have a few rooms with lounge chairs, tables, a fireplace, multiple TVs, and a pool/ping pong table. They also have an event planner that plans things like Halloween parties, meet and greets, etc. I really enjoy India Creek, which is why I chose to live here! The staff is very helpful and nice and it's very convenient being right behind the Kenwood mall!

If you have taken a tour of Savoy or recently moved-in you will undoubtedly be bombarded by the…read moremanagement team to provide a 5 star Google review. Don't do it. This is their way of getting 5 star reviews before you have had a chance to interact with them for an extended period of time. Wait to provide a review until you move-out. This will give you more time to determine how Savoy West Chester (Hills Properties) truly operates. The management team is exceptionally good at being very friendly before and immediately upon move-in. Just read the other reviews...they are from people who recently took a tour of the property or recently moved-in. Then compare those reviews to the reviews provided by tenants that have moved out. You will see a vast difference in opinion.. Move-out becomes a problem if you have to break your lease and move out early. They tell you they have a "waiting list" and ask you for "accelerated" rent payments. They tell you they will refund any amount if they are able to place a new tenant before your lease expires and since they have a waiting list, that time period is typically 2 weeks. My 3 neighbors moved out at least 3 weeks before any work was even started on 2 of the units. If you need an honest opinion of Savoy don't rely on this review or anything you hear from the management team, with the exception of Taylor. Taylor is great to work with and has a great personality. Come by the place and talk to the 3rd party cleaning crew and ask their opinion of the management team. You will be amazed at what they have to say about the management team. There are plenty of other decent apartments in the area. I would encourage everyone to consider those first. You will regret staying at Savoy in the end. Again, please, please, please don't give them a 5 star review until you stay here at least a year or more and have had a chance to see how they handle move-out! What have you got to lose? Also, before signing the lease, ask them what the "Lease Break Fee" is and get it in writing. As mentioned before, working with Taylor was great. I can't say that about the leasing staff. Forget about calling the corporate office. The regional manager can't seem to return emails or phone calls. She gets the manager to do her dirty work. Shame on Savoy West Chester and Hills Properties.
