They did not provide us with a car even though we had a deposit. They still have not returned our deposit. The only way we found out our car was in for repairs was that it was not delivered on the time we had agreed on, so we called and at that point they said we needed to wait another 3 hours to see if the car was ready. We finally found another car company 4 hours later but still had to drive 10 hours. This put my family in a foreign country driving at night. Very bad customer service and they did not take any accountability. Return my deposit!!!!! Very Bad!! read more
