The staff were so accommodating and creative. All the entrées, most of the appetizers, and about half the breakfast menu can be made gluten free. Everything I had was delicious. I had GF French onion soup! Delicious! When I ordered the burrata, they cut GF bread into rounds and grilled them to simulate the crostini they'd normally serve it with. It was amazing. The bison strip loin dinner was a triumph! I also had the ribeye ragout with GF pasta, the pickerel chowder, the Caesar salad without croutons, and the poached prawns. My only note for the restaurant is to provide more GF desserts besides ice cream sundae. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I see a lot of poor reviews a few years ago. In terms of food and service a lot has changed for the better post-Covid. The comments about the decor are on point, though. My first bad golfing experience ever... and it was a doozie…read more My brother and I decided to golf 18 holes at Liftlock and although it was immediately clear that it was a mediocre golf course with several holes under 90 yards and no par 5s, we were still happy to play golf . What turned the experience into a nightmare is that we were harassed and stalked by a marshal almost the entire time. He was watching us for a while before he drove his cart up and started questioning us and making accusations and he told us he was going to search our golf bags for alcohol. We had one can of beer each that we actually bought from the course vendor, we weren't showing any signs of belligerence or rowdiness or intoxication that would warrant a search, so needless to say he came up empty. We told him that's not how you treat paying customers, etc. but he remained quite rude. He continued to follow us around like a buzzard, watching almost every stroke we took -- it was very uncomfortable -- and when we told him he was bothering us he called us a couple of dickheads and drove about 20 meters and continued to hover. The bottom line is that we won't be going back, and I urge fellow golfers not to waste your time and money at Golfland. Sincerely. Disappointed.

The tee box, fairways, greens, etc. The staff everywhere were extremely friendly and attentive. We had a great time yesterday morning. Maybe turn up the heat and turn down that chilly wind. It was quite cool out. Will try to play a few more times before the season ends.
