Awesome day on the water with Bill and Kevin. We caught a bunch of fish and had a pod of dolphins chasing our boat. I've been on a couple different trips with different companies and these guy's are the best. We will be back next year.

Best Day Ever!!! Captain Kyle found the fish that were hiding. We were Successful in catching plenty of fish for the Family.

Late Review I had been scrambling to find and schedule a fishing trip for Father's Day weekend. I read about many other charters mostly with bad experiences and came across Six Chuter Charters that had minimal bad experiences. I cannot express enough gratitude towards Captain Kyle for taking us out and catching plenty of fish. My nephews and parents tagged along and he was kind and fun to be around. Cracking jokes with us and making the trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back and be requesting Kyle as the captain again.

Chartered a boat this morning with Rob. We had a great experience the entire time and the fish were biting like crazy. Rob was super knowledgeable and friendly as well as quickly helped out anyone who needed assistance. We even were able to take a route to spot some dolphins. Caught 62 ounces of fish for 6 people in only a couple of hours. We're guided to Cocomo's and they cooked the fish we caught right there, it was awesome!

We had a wonderful experience with Six Chuters and Captain Mark today! We were fishing with an 11 year old and 15 year old and they had a blast. We caught a large variety of fish and ended up with 44 fish as a family in just a few hours! The highlight was a quick stop on an empty beach on a barrier island. The views were just amazing and there were awesome shells everywhere! Mark was nice enough to cut up our fish for us to take to a restaurant to eat later! We had a wonderful experience!

Kyle was our captain and was awesome; highly recommend him. When we weren't catching fish or we were catching ones we wouldn't keep (catfish and barracuda) he made sure to take us somewhere else so we would leave with dinner. Great conversation throughout the day, felt like we've known him for years.

Went out fishing with Six Chuter out of the Rose Marina with my dad, brother and boyfriend and had a great time fishing 5-mile reef. I've been deep sea fishing on bigger boats for sharks off the coast of San Diego as well as charter fishing on Tahoe, and this was closer to the Tahoe experience (perhaps it was the length of time we booked because I think you can book longer trips where you go out further on bigger boats). However, we were looking for a 4-hour, morning trip with a few members of the family and were referred to these guys. Our Boston Whaler-looking boat would probably have fit 6 or 7 comfortably, so with the 4 of us and Captain we had ample space. The boat was clean, seemed well-maintained, and had a large cooler with ice in case we brought food/beverages. I would advise any ladies with small bladders either cut down on the liquids before the trip or inquire about a larger boat with a toilet on board, as ours did not have one (obviously a non-issue for the boys). Our captain (Mike, I think, but I have forgotten in the 2 weeks since we went) was good at finding the fish and kept our hooks in the water as much as possible. While the day we went out was a toughie fish-wise (due to a storm that had shifted the currents, apparently), we managed to catch a ton of fish (lots of Jacks, not good for dinner) and about 10 keepers including a sweet Spanish Mackerel. The other Six Chuter captains were all looking for the fish, too, so I like the fact that Six Chuter had a healthy number of boats out there with their eyes open for good spots. Captain gutted the fish for us right at the dock at the end of the trip so we could take them home and make fish-tacos that night for dinner. Our trip was pretty pro, as opposed to a sight-seeing, lazy, beer guzzling fishing trip, but we wanted to catch some dinner and Captain obliged. I think he was "feeling us out" when we got on board, so if we had been looking for a different kind of trip or had some kiddie fishers on board, I'm sure we would have been accommodated. Having said that, we rented a pontoon boat out of Rose Marina a few days later and threw some lines in the water, but didn't catch nearly the number and kinds of fish as with Six Chuter, so I felt like we got our money's worth by having a Captain take us to the good spots.

Such an awesome day!!! We did the 4 hour combo charter and it was so much fun!! Our kids (5 & 8) were happy the whole time. Captain Robbie was so knowledgeable!! We would highly recommend this charter to others!!!

Good times, fishing and shelling family trip on Friday April 3rd and everyone caught fish. We caught crevalle jack, snapper, sheepshead, sea trout, Spanish mackerel, pompano. and a bonnet head shark Perfect sunbathing trip for those more interested in relaxing than reeling. Captain Rob was great put us on fish, instructed the kids, and kept everyone entertained! Will absolutely come back!

Went out for the morning with Kyle who was a blast. He dropped me off for a little shelling while my guys fished near-shore & hooked into a sting ray. He did a great job of keeping us moving when things got slow. Went out of his way to make sure each of us caught something. We went home with enough keepers for a meal. Thanks for a great experience!

Turns out you just have to look for their truck in the parking lot. That wasn't made clear at the time of booking. It was a fine boat ride, but felt more like a water taxi than a tour. We saw dolphins on the way to go shelling which was neat... but so did every other boat in the vicinity. We only had about 1.5 hours to go shelling which wasn't nearly enough time. Keewaydin Island was beautiful but we didn't have time to enjoy it. After our boat taxi ride was over we tipped the driver $30. Mind you this ride didn't include food, drinks (other than water) or snacks. A day later we got an automated email asking us for a tip (if we hadn't already). Mind you we did NOT take a private tour- it was two groups of 3 people. The email said: "If you have not tipped * Boat captains often rely on tips as a significant part of their income, particularly in the tourism industry where tipping is customary. A 20% gratuity or Minimum of $100 per Captain on Private tours is customary for this type of tour. If the captain was amazing feel free to tip more." Excuse me? We paid $370 for 2 adults and 1 child for a less than 3 hour excursion to Keewaydin Island. They were expecting an additional $50-$75 in tips? This was by far the most expensive boat "tour" we've been on, and we've done many- Italy, Mexico, Zimbabwe, Hawaii, California, Maine, and three others in Florida. I wrote the company an email bc they send out 2-3 emails afterwards asking you to leave a review... and if it's not 5 stars to email them directly. They never responded. Two sets of my in-laws were wanting to go on a tour in the coming weeks and we told them both not to waste their money on Sand Dollar Shelling. So now I'm telling you too.

My now fiancé had been working secretly with Ellen for months planning a 5 hour sunset Fourth of July cruise for the two of us. When I walked onto the boat I even thought Tony and Ellen were family friends I've never met as they were so welcoming and treated us as if they've known us for years. I was nervous at first as since it was a surprise I hadn't packed any food or sunscreen and to my excitement Ellen had taken care of it all! She had variety of healthy appetizers set for us as well as sandwich platter and a bottle of sparkling wine. Although we did bring beer and a bottle of champagne I thought it was sweet of them to supply us with another bottle. They took us to the dome homes and gave us a brief history on the architecture and location of the now abandoned yet oddly beautiful landmarks. We cruised around and took in the Florida sunset as we anchored up in the perfect location for the fireworks off of Marco Island. Since Tony has extensive expierince with boating and the local area, he knew exactly where to take us to be close enough for a great view, but far enough from the boating masses. They also had a co-captain on board (Calvin)who shared stories of his life travels and casually snapped some amazing photos of my fiancé and I, memories I would not have been able to capture. We have already booked our trip back to Naples, and will be reaching out to Ellen and Tony for another visit!
