Never once was there any issue or disappointment. Rylee is now 13 years old and developing skin issues associated with his old age but Adrian grooms him so well that you would never know unless you were closely inspecting his skin. Vivian listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver! She is a semi long hair dog but in the summer we like her hair short (shedding) and nobody has been able to cut around her face the way we like it. Vivian was fantastic with our dog! I narrowed down my choices and decided to try Pampered Pup. I was very nervous about leaving my Sadie and instructed them to give her a short shave, nails trimmed, and a bath.
