We had to wait at the counter and call for attention just to ask a few questions. When a staff member finally assisted us, I noticed some hygiene concerns, messy hair, not tied back and visibly unclean nails which can make a difference in a food service environment - or maybe it was dough underneath the nails either way - nope. On top of that, the cookie we were hoping to try was sold out, which added to the sense of a disorganized visit since it was displayed as available. While the cookies themselves can be good, this location's service and presentation need attention. With improved staff attentiveness and hygiene, this could be a much more welcoming and enjoyable spot for customers. This is my second visit here and I don't see me going back, there are too many other cookie spots around.
