Don't touch these guys with a bargepole - it's a one-man operation with no support staff so getting in contact with them is hard enough..... As well as that, they refuse to fix virtually everything that's wrong with what ever property they rent out to you. They refuse to fix stuff at weekends or evenings, they will constantly invade your privacy. They come up with the most ridiculous excuses not to give your deposit back.
