After only one week from the job's completion, the vinyl started to peel away and bunch up on several panels. Adam and I met last Friday to discuss repairing the panels that were improperly installed. He agreed to and gave me his word that he would meet again today (Monday, Jan. 9, 2023) to begin repair. He never showed and will not return my calls. He now refuses to reimburse any money for the job he had done wrong. I would definitely NOT recommend this company for any work.

He said he could come that weekend but then he called the day before the weekend saying that he didn't have the materials and he needed a week for the materials to ship to him. Then last week, he kept saying hell have the materials soon and would be able to schedule a time quickly but it wasn't. Finally we agreed on a time and he came to tint my car. He said to call him if any problems arise and that there's life time warranty so hopefully that's true. (UPDATE: After waiting a week, bubbles are still visible. There are still water spots visible. Most of the edges where the tint was cut, is still terrible (obviously bc it wouldn't change). J O B Two weeks ago, I requested them to do my 4 windows, front and back windshield, and sunroof. But when they finally came to do my tint, they only had enough material for my windows. Are you kidding me? Jeremiah &and his employee did the job. It's so mediocre. There are bubbles everywhere and its not even laid down properly. It looks like I have aquariums on my windows. I can see the edges where they cut the tint layers and adhered it to my windows. He says the bubbles will go away after a week. We'll see... P R I C E He wouldn't accept the Groupon I bought bc he said it was expired (even though it's not.. bc I bought it the day before he came and it's still selling on groupon?..) He quoted: $299 for 4 windows and back windshield + $80 for front windshield + $80 for sunroof. Weve had extensive experience with tinters whove done high grade to high middle grade tint on our various Mercedes, Bentleys, amongst other cars, and have done a better job for a slightly higher price. We decided to try a new guy out (this company) but they've failed miserably. Its expensive for a not even mediocre job.

He took the time to explain to me the entire process, how to take care of my car after getting it wrapped, and also set expectations and set expectations on the life of the wrap. I asked about protective film for the bumper and hood of my vehicle and since I don't know anything about it I had a lot of questions lol. But he was patient and answered them all so I'm probably going to have that done also. I'll give an update and picture once the work is done but on first Impression I'm satisfied about my choice. You can get a quote online and then come in to pay your deposit (which I did today). The deposit is half of the expected work done. Like all things when it comes to cars, you pricing will vary based on the layout of your vehicle.

We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price. His whole team is just as friendly. They brought us back into the shop to show us the work they were doing on our car, which no detailer has ever done for us. And there is zero upselling.
