The exterior appearances of the shops fits with the style of the town. This Staples wasn't very large and there was a lack of associates on the floor. Fortunately, we were able to get assistance from the tech associate at the tech desk. He was quite energetic while still maintaining his patience with uncertain customer before us. Eventually we got help and was able to purchase what we were looking for.

I then brought it to the Staples printing and shipping service yesterday and the young lady working there prepared the label and took the shipment. The young man took a cart out to my vehicle and brought the item in. Your two employees working in that section yesterday afternoon were very pleasant and helpful, unlike the UPS store. I will certainly use their services again when needed. I also bought two items for my printer and again received excellent service from another employee in locating them in the store.

I walked back in to show her and see if they could fix it. Not only can they not, the lady couldn't have given less of a F about ruining my coat. Literally nothing. Except "maybe next time wash it by hand". It's dry clean only which is why I brought it there. So, lesson painfully learned. If you just need basic cleaning and you are unbothered by scowling women who seem to loathe their job and everyone around them, go here. If you have anything precious that requires skill and care, skip this one.
