I read a few Sinspeed Complaints (after handing my vehicle over to the driver who came to collect it) and to be honest I began to get a little nervous so admittedly I did ring them 3-4 times to say I'm just not sure if I want them to continue with the work and each time they re-assured me that a majority of the complaints were bogus and false claims to misrepresent the company and that I was in good hands and that my car would come back in perfect working condition. Sinspeed came to collect my car (Volkswagen Golf 2.0GT TDi 2007) on Friday the 11th of January 2013 and delivered it back that evening. I was having problems with the DPF system, I kept getting lights on my dashboard and a sudden loss of power made it undriveable for me. Since they've delivered the car back I've had no issues with the DPF system at all, they carried out a DPF Removal for me and at a very reasonable price as well. For anyone that is considering using Sinspeed for a DPF Removal and has any doubts in their heads by complaints read on a certain forum or complaints board I wanted to put up this review to give everyone a little more peace of mind. I was going mad sitting at home not knowing what to expect when I get it back but I am so glad I found this company. Visited Sinspeed last week and what a lively bunch of lads they are. I drove my Mazda 6 down from Birmingham to have the DPF removed by Sinspeed. They were in actual fact recommended to me by my local Mazda dealership!! I also found many positive reviews of them on the Mazda 6 forum and the Mazda campaign forum so I knew to expect good things.. My mazda 6 is a facelift model (2.2TD 2009) and they said it would not be a problem, they can remove the DPF from all Mazda's right up to 2012. My car was booked in for the DPF removal at 1pm, I dropped my car in.. walked across the street to the local shops and at around 4pm received a call to say it's ready. A bit skeptical, but when I got back they took me on a test drive and no lights no smoke and lots more power. Driving home was good, getting better mpg lads so a big thank you and I will most definitely add to all the positive reviews and let all the taxis here in Birmingham know of the excellent service you chaps provide. I can't complain with the service I received from Sinspeed (http://www.sinspeed.co.uk) . Found them on the internet and decided to go with them for my DPF removal (http://www.sinspeed.co.uk/dpf-removal-dpf-delete-diesel-particulate-filter) after reading their extensive write up on the problems with DPF vehicles. I have to say after receiving the vehicle back I am so surprised at how much more responsive my car feels. I haven't a single complaint against Sinspeed ltd, they were very polite and attentive to my requirements and gave me a very personal experience. I recommend this company to anyone with DPF problems. There are a lot of companies offering a similar service for a lot cheaper but after extensive searching I found Sinspeed to be the most knowledgeable in their field and didn't try to push me into using their services at all. Gave these guys a ring on Friday to get my car booked in for a DPF removal and was told they were fully booked till the following week Tuesday so I went ahead and booked in no problems.. but then I didn't realise I double booked with other appointments so asked if they could squeeze me in before and that I could come right away they went out of their way to help me.. I got to them at 4.30pm on the Friday and they stayed behind until 8.30pm to finish the work off!! They did a complete DPF removal on my 2009 Audi A3 2.0Tdi Sline in 4 hours!!.. I've had the car out all day today and covered 174 miles so far with no problems whatsoever and they remapped it for me at the same time.. the power is phenomenal now, it feels so much more responsive. I was quoted nearly £3000 to fix my 2009 Vauxhall Insignia after the DPF blocked up and damaged the turbocharger. Had the vehicle in with Sinspeed and 5 days later I was back on the road with a DPF removal and a new turbocharger. They also flushed the engine, cleaned my EGR and carried out a service best part is the whole job was less than £1000! Had an excellent experience having my vehicle repaired by Sinspeed. I rang them one morning with a blocked filter problem on my Nissan Qashqai 2.0DCi, they arranged collection of my vehicle the same day.. carried out a full DPF removal and delivered the vehicle back to my wife for 7pm the same evening.
