It has been a few decades since my last tattoo, but I was familiar with the process and knew about the sterilization, etc. They really put me at ease.Everyone was friendly and while professional, it felt like it was more of a family then coworkers there. I was wrong when I woke up the jewelry was sinking into my nose. When I looked closer I could tell that my nose wasn't pierced correctly. She didn't pierce it straight through. It looked like she turned the needle too early. I went back to the shop to have it removed and asked for a refund. She immediately tried to gaslight me and tried to say she didn't see a problem with it. It hurt to laugh or do anything that involved your nose moving. I'm not stupid I've had multiple piercings to include my nose. I know what it's supposed to look and feel like. Then she refuses to give me a refund. So yall took my money, messed up my face, and tried to gaslight me within the span of 24 hours.
