There was one guy that spoke English well and so we ended up dealing with him. Originally, I went to a Fastweb Office nearby to have my service transferred, but they were going to take too long in transferring. So we decided to go with TIM and we had fiber service in our area. So we signed up for fiber. The only documents needed at the time was my California Driver's License and a copy of my passport. I was amazed how fast it was in receiving service. I know in the past that TELCOM Italia has a bad reputation in customer service, but maybe management finally saw the complaints and issues. If that is the case, then I'm glad that they are focusing in giving better customer service. Keep up the good work TIM on Via Luca Giordano!
