I know my cars and I'm not the person that is going to get taken advantage of at a repair shop, I feel like I know an honest shop when I see one and this shop is honest. I have friends that are not as knowledgeable about cars as I am, and often they are worried about being overcharged or basically ripped off. I send them to V-Dubs and More because I know they are honest. They have worked on my Audi A8 (they specialize in Audi), but they have also worked on my 1990 BMW 750 and my Toyota Sequoia and done an excellent job. They are extremely thorough and punctual. I've been to repair shops where I've made an appointment weeks in advance, only to drop my car off the day of my appointment and have it sit in their lot for a few days before they "can get to it." That is not the case with V-Dubs and More. Every appointment I've made they have rolled it into their shop that day, and more often than not had the repair completed within a couple days and that's only if they had to order parts, otherwise work was completed the day of my appointment. If you're looking for an honest, thorough, punctual, friendly repair shop V-Dubs and More is the place. Everyone in the shop is knowledgable and willing to explain any questions I've had. Their shop is clean and organized and they work on much more expensive cars than mine. But they have done quality work on Audi, as well as my 300k Toyota. Nobody asked me to write this review and I typically don't write reviews. I've just been extremely impressed with their work and thought they deserved another positive review.

Believe me, it's a whole new regime…read more I moved to Helena in Feb of 2000 and was a loyal customer of Woody's early on after I got here because I try very hard to never got through one of those carwashes with the "drapes" for the hood and roof and truck (if you've got one - I drive a 1994 Toyota 4WD Pickup) and BIG scrubbers for the sides. Well... today I went in again and it's completely different from Woody's. * Tip Box - evidently don't pay the workers enough up front. * Labor cuts - no more 2 guys at the end doing a basic wipedown including door seals. You get to do the whole routine yourself. Yeah... I can hardly wait for JANUARY and FEBRUARY! TOUCHLESS NO MORE - heavy drapes dragging the dirt ON the flat surfaces before it's eventually dragged OFF, and a very aggressive-action set of brushes along the sides. People can't believe that my rig is a 1994 with 330,000 miles on it as the paint looks new when she's washed - it's because it's hardly ever been through this kind of wash process - less than 10 times total in the 30 years I've owned her. I have either done a personal handwash or went to a good touchless car wash. So... ain't goin' here no mo'. Towels: Smaller and cheaper = not as absorbent. That's more wiping for you! Wanna Pay Cash? No longer accepted. Prices: BIG increases! $15 for a Basic Wash with no details as to what that includes. $20 for The Works - nothing in between. The new owners did all these things. But they did spiff out the outside of the building if that makes you feel any better. Getting my rig washed here today was like having a big, handsome guy beat me up in a clean alley... and it felt great when he quit.

The premium is 91 octane with no Ethanol, that's like getting 10%, actually more like 11% more gas. The gas is top tier, so the highest quality available. We called ahead to see if the dealership could fit us into their schedule. Amy assured us they would work us in. On our way there, our 20,000 mile service reminder rolled up on the screen. When we arrived, we were greeted by other staff immediately because Amy was with another customer. Our Grand Highlander was taken into the shop immediately. While we waited they not only removed a nail and fixed the tire leak, they completed our 20K maintenance! We were speechless! I don't think we were even there for an hour. Kudos to Amy and her amazing team! We have never experienced the kind of consistent service with vehicle ownership as we have since purchasing our first Toyota in 2020. It was a no brainer to buy a second Toyota last year when our SUV was totaled. We are forever loyal Toyota customers from here on out. Joel was incredibly helpful, and explained what happened. They ordered a tire and set me up on my spare, once they had the new tire they got it ready the next day, so I went over and they got it switched back out - put the spare away and everything. Great customer service seems rare these days, but it sure isn't missing from Prestige Automotive, go see Joel!
