I understand Mother's Day is busy, but being 9 hours late with no meaningful communication is unacceptable, especially when paying premium holiday pricing and delivery fees. If you can't meet the timeframe you tell customers, don't promise it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I previously spent almost $250 with this company back in January and chose to return because I expected reliable service. After this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. The arrangement may have looked nice, but the delivery experience completely ruined the occasion.

They also have a small selection of single stem flowers to put together a small bouquet but that clearly isn't their main focus when it comes to their storefront. If you're interested in making a robust bouquet I'd recommend ordering with them ahead of time. But don't let that stop you from popping in and checking the shop out, especially if you're looking for healthy and unique houseplants. Also, as the roads are closed in Northville they expanded a bit into the street and they have a really lovely display outside of the shop filled with some larger plants and maybe what one might even consider small trees, as well as larger planters perfect for patios and the like.
