I should have looked at the BBB and other review pages before joining. Their business practices are…read morequestionable, and they retaliate personally if you question them. We had joining charges that we were told we would not have. They wouldn't give a copy of your contract. They will let you take a picture if you ask when signing, though. They automatically, without notice, charge you for belt testing fees, etc, before testing because "we are sure your child will pass, everyone does." Basically, random fees hit your account without notice. Not even 3 months into joining, we were required to do a new one. Once again, there is no copy. You have two choices, continue without being able to advance or sign up for a 3 year commitment at an outrageous price plus joining fees (after already paying joining fees) plus the gear bag. We are not novices at these programs. We have been involved for 30 years, different styles, and depending on our families' needs and schedules. We KNOW there are fees. We know there are pricey contracts. This is not comparable to any other program in this area pricewise. The one trainer retaliated by using the business to attack me on a personal level at home and work. The business admitted it was her, and they said they would talk to her but stood behind her. I could not continue to put my son in that environment, so I ended up paying for a couple of months of an unusable contract. I would not be surprised if they attempt to send my canceled 2nd contract to bill collection. Please make sure to get copies of EVERYTHING in writing. Ask up front about the costs and prices. Get it in writing! Be suspicious when they will not give it to you. Don't fall for the excuses.

They've improved with their social skills, physical endurance, and mental strength. We live in a beautiful world..but it can get pretty nasty. I feel more confident sending my kids out into it. The coaches and Professor especially will push you to become your best..to encourage you to go 10 steps further when you want to give up. Be in a place that will build you up not to tear you down.. these coaches will build you up and push you to find your inner strength when you feel like tearing yourself down. Fight to become a better version of yourself. Reaction MMA is an great place to start breaking down your walls and fighting those inner and outer fears. If you come in looking for info don't get scared away if you see a class going on. Stand near the door and take a peak. They are so focused on giving their best to their students. Theres also a scan code near the front desk and on the window/door of class that could help get you started as you wait for someone to properly excuse themselves from class.
