The over the phone system isn't much better since it's an automated system. I ended up having to wait on hold to speak to someone to make a 45.59 payment since it was under 100 so I couldn't do it via credit card. I was told over the phone payment would come out immediately yet it's been an hour and it still hasn't come out. You can never get a receipt so you have to go off your own records for payment.
