The employees treat you like you are beneath them just because you owe someone money. Their online payment system is trash yet they do not allow in person payments. The over the phone system isn't much better since it's an automated system. I ended up having to wait on hold to speak to someone to make a 45.59 payment since it was under 100 so I couldn't do it via credit card. I was told over the phone payment would come out immediately yet it's been an hour and it still hasn't come out. You can never get a receipt so you have to go off your own records for payment. I honestly am shocked someone hasn't sued them yet for their shady practices. Try all you can to not have to deal with these guys - if I could give less than one star I would.
