From the moment you step into this office, you feel at ease. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and even though they are professional, they are all also very easy to have a conversation with. The doctor make it a point to make sure i was comfortable during the entire visit. He even called the next day to check in on me and how I was doing after a procedure. not good at all. went on for root Canal and can't even chew on that side of my mouth now. got a few filling and was told i had enough left of my insurance to cover.. afterwords they told me i owed. so i paid. fine. went for my first cleaning of the year thinking they would see problem with root canal (because i get 2 free cleanings a year with my insurance) only to walk in and say i have to pay for my free cleaning because i am maxed out! if i had known i would have never ok the damn fillings. seems they are happy to let you max out what they can get and be done with you unless you pay pay pay read more

Got a cleaning today, very happy with staff and doctor. I wish they had some windows or something but their stuck in a strip store. Clean but low end looking and feeling Op rooms. I recommend but the room experience isn't too calming, I've been in many much better. The Hygienist is so friendly, she explains each step of what she is doing. I was just in for my first appointment and I was extremely happy with this place. Previously I only saw one dentist my whole life until she recently retired. I'm always nervous to go to the dentist because when I get cleanings they hurt so much. When I told Dr. Patel this, he took his time explaining why this was a problem for me after reviewing my X-rays. It was my first visit and he already diagnosed my problem when my previous dentist never did. He was very professional and patient with my anxiety of getting my teeth worked on. The hygienist was very thorough and kind and Theresa at the front desk makes you feel like you've known her your whole life with her super friendly personality. Fantastic place! I was referred to Dr. Patel by a friend so I decided to try it out. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The office is very modern and comfortable to be in. And most importantly, Dr. Patel was very personable, helped to educate me on improving my dental health, and really showed that he cared about me as a patient. He took the time to speak with me (without making me feel rushed) and was very thorough with his craft. I will be visiting again and am happy to not have to search for yet another dentist (been through 5 others already). Rude front desk woman. I just called and asked a simple question. "Do you guys accept Blue Cross Blue Shield?" She proceeded to avoid my question and tried to argue with me. I had to ask twice. Ugh, I went in for xrays, exam, and teeth cleaning for $69. An exam? He looks in your mouth for a second to see if your teeth aren't falling out. They clean you teeth with some sort of machine or drill bit. It's awful. They cant get you out of there fast enough. I kept telling the hygienist there is still plague on my teeth I can feel it. Take your $69 and put it towards a good dentist and not one that is just doing a numbers game. read more

I was really nervous to find a new dentist that would be as good as my childhood dentist ( my childhood dentist is retiring soon) but after going to dr Patel I'm so happy! My first time going there I needed an emergency root canal. He got me in same day to temporary fix it and get me out of pain. I was terrified. They made me feel so comfortable and his top priority was making sure I was not in pain. The next few days I was in extreme pain (did not get the full root canal yet) he got me in right away. I still was in pain so he had me come back after hours and MADE sure I was not in pain anymore until the next day for the scheduled root canal. He also contacted me after to make sure I was okay! I could not be any happier with choosing here. I'm very impressed. I also would like to mention the receptionist she is super sweet and bubbly and again very caring of the patient! I was told by everyone that a root canal should be somewhat painless. This was my first and only one and it was extremely painful and uncomfortable. I don't know if this is normal or not but it was definitely not painless and to this day I have sensitivity in that area read more

Unfortunately I had bad experience with this practice. I went to this dentist because of excellent reviews, with hope that he will be helpful to my child who was scared before from other dentist. Everything started with dental assistant who has no communication skills especially with children. I understand they might be busy but it doesn't take time just to give a little smile and reassure a anxious child. As soon as my child started crying she refused to continue cleaning, didn't try even calm her down. I asked her be patient with her, let her time. Dentist came in as he could hear our voices. I told him too, that my child still couldn't get over from her painful experience, however he seemed like not interested with all my stories. Then I wanted him to look at my daughter's bite but he said its not a big deal right now, as she has a cavity that is priority. At the end of the day, I couldn't discuss with the dentist anything I was going to ask him. This practice is not right place for kids!!! read more

No one likes going to the Dentist, but Simply Teeth makes the experience almost pleasant. The receptionist is so friendly and the office was clean and bright. The hygienist explained everything as she cleaned my teeth and I was VERY happy with the results - good-bye stains! Dr Patel did not rush my visit. He has a wonderful "chairside" manner and put me at ease (I will admit I was a little nervous). I can't say I'm looking forward to my next visit, but I'm definitely not dreading it!
