Even though the estimate was quite a bit more than we expected we hired them bc we needed a good clean for pictures that Thursday. So Dana and her crew from Pristine Clean cleaned our home on Memorial Day. When I first saw it, it smelled great and thought it was all good until it wasn't. The very next day I reached out with concerns about several things that were clearly left undone -- including the baseboards she specifically promised would be cleaned. Dana was very apologetic and offered to come back out, but by then, I had already spent hours cleaning it myself -- something I absolutely shouldn't have had to do after paying $1,150 for what was supposed to be a deep, top-tier, "WOW" clean. I didn't even take pictures at first because I'm not the type to go online and bash a business -- I truly tried to give her a chance to make it right. We spoke again on Thursday of that week, and she agreed to issue a very partial refund. I appreciated that gesture, accepted just to close things out with her and then I waited patiently... but it's now been over a week, and she has gone completely silent. No replies to messages, no refund -- nothing. My husband and I have both sent Venmo requests and reminders, and she's ignored them all. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. For that price, there should have been nothing left for me to clean, and yet I was up until the early hours of the morning scrubbing baseboards and wiping down surfaces that should've already been done. The only real "wow" factor was the light fixtures -- seriously they were the one thing that looked like it got the attention to detail. Dana's lack of follow-through and communication is beyond unprofessional. There is nothing "Pristine" about Pristine Clean right now. I was more than fair and patient, and she still chose to ignore her commitment. Do not waste your money -- you deserve better service and basic honesty.
