I recommend sticking to scientifically proven supplements from legitimate labs that have no "proprietary" ingredients. Most of the products inside total nutrition have "proprietary formulas" which means it could be 1% of the labeled beneficial ingredient and 99% useless powder. Always do your research . And if you really get into supplements there are actually a very small few that work really well and I would recommend just buying the pure ingredient . The salesman use high pressure tactics to convince you to buy products instead of helping you improve your nutrition and supplement knowledge like other legitimate supplement/vitamin stores . It felt like being at a car dealership where they always have "just one more thing " to tell you .

Simply Nutrition is hands down one of my favorite spots! Their teas and shakes are always so good, but my absolute favorite is the Pink Pistol -- you'll have to give it a try! It's delicious and the perfect pick-me-up. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. They have also included a small selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and have revamped their freezer section. The thing that ranks them highest in town for me is the bright, open feel to the store. The lights are on, the space is clean, and everything has a price tag. Not only are things easy to find, but you don't have to ask what things cost. This makes it a more comfortable shopping experience for customers who are new to an Asian market.
