Very poor service - would NOT recommend at all. UNRELIABLE and breached agreement. Demanded money…read morebefore completing job and also demanded I purchase material to complete job - against agreement. Lack of skills - could not align pavestones or put down edging straight. Lack of pride in work. Unskilled at working with porcelain - wasted 20+ cutting with poor grinder. Team consists of main guy Glen Davis , a 72 year old and a 26 year old (mainly on phone) - partner came and screamed when errors pointed out. Came for 2-3 hours at a time over 7 weeks and still did not complete. Some days did not turn up at all. Refused to complete job and walked out. been the worst two months of my life....Had to get another firm in to redo all work - completed in two weeks!! Referred them to Trading Standards and considering small claims. Talking to local MP. DO NOT USE - there are other landscaper that do not ask for upfront payment - if only I had known before!
