Hardworking, very personable and very customer focused; I can't fault them. They went above and beyond by rectifying problems from a roofer who basically done a botch job and even tried to solve a drainage problem. I can't praise Paul and his 2 sons (Dean and Chris) enough for their help in spotting some serious structural problems, and although it did cost quite a bit, it has probably saved a fortune and extra aggravation at a later date. Total jobs done and content with: New lintels throughout, new wall ties, part walls replaced, both horizontal and vertical fractures fixed and made structurally sound, guttering, fascias etc rectified. If you want a job done how it should be done get Paul and his team to do it.  Read their reviews; they pride themselves on never having been called back to a job in 26 years - that speaks volumes.....

The brickie (who I have been told has since left them) did the best plastering and tile fitting I have ever seen. The budget went from £80,00.00 to over £126,00.00 And we still have been charged for things that should have been included in the estimate or that we paid for. Estimates appeared on bits of papers and hard copies of the bills have still to materialise 3 years later! Due to planning regulations not all the work has been completed and though we should be able to go ahead now, and it has been already paid for, I doubt that the work will ever be finished without extra payments. The workmen arrived on time, brought their own tea/coffee and food, so the 1000 tea bags I bought in were not used! They cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably circumspect in their language. Now that the brickie has left them I do not know if I would recommend to anyone else. The owner of the company does not do any physical work on the job, so therefore his salary has to be costed in with the price of the job.
