Wow. I just can't say enough terrible things about the service at Fresh Attitude Floral…read more At 6 in the morning I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday. The website did say that they might not have the flower arrangements that were on the website - but I was okay with that. No big. At about 11 AM, I was sent an email notification saying the order had been received and was being processed. I felt good about that, as my mom leaves early and I figured there was still plenty of time for them to get it out to her. However...I received at call at 2 PM noting again that they didn't have the arrangement I had selected. I wasn't so much worried about the arrangement as I was about WHY they hadn't contacted me earlier. 2 PM was pushing it. So, I asked why they were contacting me hours after I had placed my order... And that's when the person on the phone, who I later was told was the owner, exploded on me. She stated, "No ma'am I CAN'T explain why". Which seemed abrupt...so, I tried to state my case saying it was my mother's birthday and was there a chance that they could even get an arrangement to her in the short time left in the day. This time, she came back so wildly angry, I could hear in her voice that this was not going to go well - "DO YOU WANT THE FLOWERS OR NOT?". When I, of course, said no...because...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I began to make a comment about their abhorrent customer service...and mid-sentence...I was hung up on. Because I had given this maniac woman my credit card, I tried several times to call back, but they actually let the phone ring...and then took it off line so it was busy. I promptly called their competition, Boondocks, and placed an order with the few remaining hours left in the day and it was delivered to my mother without incident. Later, I called again to make sure my card wasn't processed and the same wildly inappropriate woman answered. I said, I called earlier and she said "Yes, I know. I'm the owner" and I asked if my card had been processed and she said no. And that was that. Long story, I know, but never...even if you're desperate order flowers from this wretched woman. She's a florist demon.
