We hired them to do a post-move cleaning of our basement apartment and unfortunately were very…read moredisappointed with the result. There were several places where it was clear they hadn't thoroughly swept, including behind the refrigerator, behind the kitchen bar, and even behind a mirror that was simply leaning against the wall. The floors also had visible marks and stains left on them that we were able to clean up ourselves without much difficulty. I had specifically asked for the walls to be washed as part of the cleaning, and based on their condition afterward, I don't believe that was done. We also paid extra to have the stairway cleaned, but there were still stains on the stairs that we ended up removing ourselves. I considered reaching out and asking them to come back, but after seeing how much had been missed, I didn't feel confident that having them return would solve the problem. In the end, we cleaned all of the floors and walls again ourselves. Unfortunately, I just don't feel like the quality of the cleaning matched what we paid for.

As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. She got out her phone and started helping us find another service that could meet the requirements of the job/house. That was such amazing customer service and care. I don't live in SLC anymore, but I have this business saved so Incan recommend her to anyone looking. Exceptional human and service. Thank you!

After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there. She's also one of the nicest people I've met in my 49 years and if i were to continue to live in Salt Lake City I would want her for regular cleaning services.
