Their culinary creations are rooted in organic local ingredients and unleash joy with every bite. The chef and staff bring creative energy and professionalism to every event, large or small. The private art opening featured a pork belly bruschetta with a roasted tomato jam which was so good I still think about it. The wine pairing dinner featured a lamb pasta with a deep green nettles sauce that remains a beautiful delicious mystery to me. I thought nettles were weeds! The outdoor dinner on an organic farm in the Bitterroot included a Montana surprise: a cold rainstorm! The wines were fantastic and the food was so delicious it distracted me and I only remembered to take a few pictures. My friends and I were glad the rain didn't chase us away. We're all foodies and we agreed that this was one of the best meals we had all year.
