He will tell you the cheapest way to do things and not charge you for unnecessary work. I trust him to have a key to properties where I need work done. He is self-employed, so it is nice to support a small, local tradesman, and this is reflected in his prices which are reasonable.

We asked them to come round and measure our windows because we wanted some blinds fitting. They turned up on time, despite of of them walking with crutches following a broken leg. They measured every window in the house and provided really helpful advce. We went into the store to choose the blinds and the owner was so helpful, it was so nice to have someone provide real advice rather than just pushing the most expensive products. We settled for midrange blinds which were in store withing 10 working days. We arranged a time for fitting and once again the fitter turned up on time to fit the blinds. Before he left he made sure that we were happy with the blinds and there was no mess or packaging for us to deal with. We will certainly be returning to Cambridge Interiors for more blinds and when we do our bathroom and kitchen we will go to them for our flooring. We are also considering wooden flooring which they also fit. I am very hard to please as a customer, but I am pleased to find a company that knows it's business and knows how important happy customers are!!

D & R Blinds and Shutters is an absolute brilliant shop to purchase your blinds and curtains. We…read morehad recently bought a house and wanted to fit some blinds in as quickly as possible, as our house was clear for every one to look into. When we called them up they were extremely friendly and understood the situation we were in. They sent someone out on the day to measure and advice us of what sort of blinds we wanted. The advice was of great help and they had many different sorts and colours of blinds. At the end they came out within a week, which is quite fast for a shop to order the blinds and sent them out to us. And the shop made a great offer for us because we had to buy quite a lot of things for the house to decorate and therefore were short of money.
