Very friendly and super fast to reply back to phone calls, texts, and emails. Highly recommend.

I have seen at least one other review citing this same issue. Yes, GTM did send me two very inconspicuous emails regarding the missing tax IDs. However, GTM sent me dozens if not hundreds of emails over the same period, so I did not even notice the relevant emails.
