So I just sent in over nine hundred dollar for nothing because I did not mail it. My reply was that the paper work did not state that the payment can not be paid on line. After a long conversation I was told to pay a certain amount. I asked after I make this payment will this clear up everything and I will not owe any thing else. I will be up to date. I was told ,yes you are up to date and owe nothing. Then I get a bill around a thousands dollar higher for the same thing and today they send me a another bill from 2010 for $1,537.10. We were in a unique situation since I had just started my business, but Jeremy went above and beyond EVERY step of the way. We did talk to another loan officer before choosing Jeremy. After speaking with the other lender, I think it took us a whole second to confirm that Jeremy was the smartest and best choice for our lending needs. We spent well over an hour on a video chat one day going over numbers and answering questions. That's customer service you don't see much anymore. Without a doubt Jeremy made our home buying process much easier and the mortgage options he was able to provide us helped our wallets! Rest assure, the next time we need his services I will be calling Jeremy and referring him the anyone I know.

Phil was there to provide his expertise every step of the way and went above and beyond the scope of what we have experienced in the past with other realtors. There came an opportunity to conduct a walk-through of the property after many disappointing visits to homes that did not quite fit, and Phil made it happen within hours. Phil's expertise in the realty market allowed us to place an offer to the sellers that was fair and within a half day, the offer was accepted and off we went doing the new homebuyer paperwork shuffle. Phil put us in contact with an amazing mortgage lender that are well-experienced with VA Loans and they were able to provide an outstanding rate, even with all the rates being over inflated during that time. Phil made the entire process seamless and now we are living in our dream home (with a few additional amenities in the home we did not expect as well). If you want pure professionalism and trust without the awkward hassle and to be treated like family, go with Phil Brannan!
