We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

Then there's "Jessica" their Yelp "Business Manager" who is also obviously just a stock image of some woman that gives AI responses. - JOB INCOMPLETE: My house (3 bd 2 bath) was already in pretty good condition aside from some dusting/mopping/vacuuming that was needed. For this reason, I booked the Custom Clean with one cleaner ($115) instead of Deep Clean (approx $250). The cleaner spent ONE HOUR alone on one bathroom knowing that time was limited and there were more rooms to get to. Eventually she ran out of time after 2.5 hours and only got to one bedroom, two bathrooms and the kitchen counter tops (no mopping or dusting in the kitchen). Now I'm paying for her poor time management and cleaning the rest of the house myself. - UPDATED: Card hold: Customer service told me I would not be charged until after the cleaning was complete, but immediately after booking, a hold for the total amount was put in my card. Pro: - The cleaner arrived on time and brought her own cleaning supplies but I guess that's kind of expected.

After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. I requested service for power washing my driveway for an oil stain. I called Able and Ready and he…read morequoted me $150 after sending him a picture of my single car driveway. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue.
