TW: picture of a spider…read more I've came here for the past 3 years (with my dad) and every year we came, they always gave us a bad room and we always had to change the room. They would give us moldy fridges and bad AC type rooms. This time, when we got the "better" room, we found roaches and a spider in the toilet, and when my dad told the cleaning lady about the roach she blamed it on us!!! "that's what happens when you leave the door open" mind you, we weren't in the room for the entire day (left at 8am and came back 10pm). Lastly, there would always be a man walking back and forth of the property staring at guests. Very uncomfortable. The only good thing I can say about this place is the breakfast. An "ok" place to stay. (This was my last straw with this place, so this will be my first Yelp review)

This is a small campground but super nice. Our spot with full hookups was perfect. As an added bonus they had a washer/dryer for the campers. We spoke briefly and were given the key to The Fern Room, a map, and recommendations on places to grab a bite of dinner. The Fern Room was very comfortable with a couple of beds and cooled nicely with a window unit. There is a small kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, dishes, etc. The bathroom is small but that is to be expected in such an old building. Everything was very clean and all our needs were met. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Breakfast was served at 8:30 a.m. We didn't know what she had in store for us, but it turned out to be a delicious breakfast served with fresh fruit! Kathy was very pleasant to talk to and its fascinating to hear her stories about sailing abroad and running the B&B. We enjoyed our brief time at the B&B, but look forward to going back and making more fun memories!
