I had my gutters installed in 2023, so they are fairly new. the smash happens to line up perfectly with a branch that used to overhang the house. You can draw your own conclusions. I texted the owner and gave him a day to respond. nothing. I feel dumb for not noticing right away. They did not clean up well. I was able to fill a large lawn and leaf bin wit branches that were strewn about my backyard and ended up on top of my garden plants. one had damaged on of my bushes. it will recover. I still found more branches that fell later for a couple weeks afterwards. The lack of care was apparent. They work hard, I will give them that, but the care wasn't there. They used my lawn and leaf bin without asking and took it with them when they left. it was returned after a lot of pestering. I was understanding at first because my bin looked like theirs but when it wasn't returned right away, I admit I was irritated. Days after, I found half removed branches dangling from the trees and a large dead branch in the middle of the tree. He said he would send some of his guys to remove the branch a day or two later since they were doing work for my neighbor. They didn't. I texted him a few days later irate because he promised They would do amazing work and clean up really well and that was not my experience. They did come the next day after that and removed the dead branch from the middle of the tree. For 2150, I expected so much better. I should have gone with someone else. Besides a few long branches that look like they have died and gone bare, the trees do look nice now, a month later, but it was not worth the rest of it.

Four o'clock and never showed, Called the company and they said he went home sick but someone woulld be there tomorrow. A guy named Bill showed up, He dug a whole and found a leak. He also pointed out another head that was leaking. Instead of replacing the lines, he said he would by pass the original lines and install a new line and 4 heads. This was going to be cheaper he said. Bill worked by himself and sat in his truck most of the day. he finally installed the line, but could not trace the original leak and began suggesting what he thought were ideas through "trial and error." I asked Bill how much this was going to cost. He quoted a price of $3000.00 and said it would be even higher becasue he had yet to solve the issue through his "trial and error." What was originally stated as a simple head replacement was nothing more than an attempt to make a small job more profitable. I told Bill that there was no way I would pay over $3000.00. At that rate Bill was working for $400.00 per hour. In his mind he is the world's most special sprinkler repair person. The job was probably worth less than $1000.00. He told me the price was per job and not by labor or parts. Parts used was less than $100.00 I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. Very poor business practice.
