After checking to make sure it's not caused by the AC, he checked bathtub place & patiently showed me where the water could leak from, where the bathtub is situated if I looked from the basement up. He showed me the possible material, its name, where to find it, to seal the leaking place. Not many people did an extra thing like this for customers especially when it doesn't relate to their duties. Also he was very polite, patient & nice when answering my questions & concerns. I talked to quite many technicians, plumbers from ID to OH & now KY, Mr. Lovall is of the few most helpful, professional & nicest ones.
