I came here for lunch because of TripAdvisor rewiews and I liked it so much I had to come back 2 days later.
When we entered the blonde very kind lady came to us to explain how it works, and so I do to you: this place is a tiny buffet with like 8 different plates and a variety of desserts too. They also make nice coffee. Everything is homemade, with natural and good quality local products. The food you pay by weight and there is 3 different "formulees" for lunch time. You are into one formulee or another depending on how much your food is. For example, if your plate is more than 11€, you will have a dessert or a coffee for free, which is a good deal. My lunch was 11€ first time and 12€ the second, so I was able to choose a nice Soya milk Capuccino as a dessert.
I think is a good method and it seems working because both of the times the place was busy. The restaurant is simple, nice music, calm atmosphere, and everything is clean.
You just take a plate and choose the quantity and variety of your meal.
In the picture you can see the little "buffet style" tables where you grab the food from. Now, about the food, there's either cold or warm plates. Even though the variety is not great, the few choices are worth trying.
Cold plates like salads (I personally recommend the one you see in the picture, simple but delicious: mezclum, cheese, cherry tomatoes, seeds and a yummy dressing) or quinoa with veggies (tried the first day, was good as well) and warm plates (I recommend the roasted carrots: love them. Also the beef with herbes and the mushroom fish with cheese sauce, you can see both in my picture). They also have warm soups, I think 2 different ones, that I didn't try.
Just a cute and convenient place I would try for lunch if you need something quick and you are around (also very well located and it's inexpensive). Left satisfied both times. read more
