He visited my home and gave a quote to meet my needs advising me all the way of the most cost effective and efficient boilers that would suit my budget and he stuck to this i may add (i had been warned by others about hidden costs some installers try to add on their initial quotes stating other other stuff needed doing when it did not!) They arrived on time to install the boiler (no excuses here) he was friendly (coffee one sugar with milk not asked for this was offered) explained the process throughout and his workmanship excellent. Chris (that's his name) was always professional, and polite, happy to answer answer any questions i had and it was a refreshing change to see a tidy workman who knew how to use a hoover. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending CH plumbing to any individual seeking a PROPER professional and wants the job done and doing well!!!

i contacted top marks plumbing the evening of 18/9/17 regarding a problem with my toilet.the call…read moreout response was within the hour to be informed the toilet valve has gone it was replaced with a second hand valve from a previous job and charged £215 cash i was given an invoice and put on the paperwork to return following day with a new part nicks marks did not turn up as agreed and after a number of phone calls and being let down on 3 separate occasions i have contacted trading standards the valve which was installed is bigger than my old part so the porcelain top is at a angle of 30 degree balancing on a tooth brush to keep my top basin level when flushing this job has been left in a unfit state after many phone calls from me
