We confronted him once we found out the problem and he downplayed the problem and B.S. us about it not being mold but pigmentation. We had mold specialist come in to inspected and prove that it is indeed mold and would cost us over 10 grands to fix the problem. Once we presented the report to Pillar2Post and Costco (we got the service through Costco), the inspector (from K. Advanced Renovations Inc ) agreed to refund our inspection fee. No apology and we have yet to see the refund check 3 months later. The guy always gives us excuse on not being able to come and get aggressive when ask to meet him. Terrible service overall especially for a $700 premium package.
