During the case, I had to constantly demand that he fight for me as he always tried to get me to settle with the defendant who was found 'at fault' by the Judge. If I would have settled as he insisted, I would have ended up with nothing. In the end, I was awarded compensation through the determination order: All monies owed, legal fees, filing fees and any other fees. Siam NEVER recovered ANY of MY FEES! He told me they were already paid. I assured him that they were not. He spoke to me as though I was an idiot who couldn't read a judgement order. He discovered HE was wrong (again) and had the nerve to ask me to forget about my fees because he didn't feel like filing another motion. Hiring him was the WORST decision I could have made regarding this case. I had tremendous stress on both sides and in the end, he stiffed me out of hundreds of dollars. I fought, won in court and took a 'Loss' because of his negligence. Never hire him! He doesn't respond to his emails, return calls or treat his clients respectfully.
