And why did he not want to do notarize my form? Because the form is one that I must fill in by hand and didn't already have my name on it!? For some unclear reason, he was not comfortable with me filling in my own name next to where I sign it?! I have to provide my passport with my name on so I'm not sure what he thought could go wrong!

So when the tenant was finally evicted I was faced with a loss of £750 deposit, £900 rental and £3,000 damages. All of this as part of the 'managed service' from Duncan Philips. They are grossly incompetent and should be avoided.
