I was very nervous when I made the decision to finally see what a chiropractor could do for me, as I've always struggled w posture and neck pain was an every day nuisance for years but I had heard negative things about adjusting. After having a newborn and struggling with breast feeding positions due to neck discomfort, enough was enough. Since I began four months ago, my posture has noticeably improved along with my mobility, and my neck pain that caused me to crack my neck all day long was eliminated almost instantly. It's like night and day! I haven't had one urge to crack my neck or back since. The docs also help you with simple at home daily maneuvers that aid you in your progress. If you're scared of the possibility of scary jarring cracking noises or jerking around your spine, this is the place to go - they use a machine called a Pro Adjuster which is delicate and eases you into better spinal health. It's quick and so effective, I just can't speak highly enough about it. Take the leap and take care of your spine!

I'd never been to a chiropractor before, but when I started having a lot of back and neck pain…read morerecently, I decided to try something new. (With a toddler and a newborn to take care off, I didn't have time to just sit around and wait for it to get better, which is all doctors seem to recommend!). My boss recommended Dr. Limonoff (who insists on being called Jeff) at East Lansing Chiropractic. The office was very friendly and got me in the day after I called. There was a bit of a wait once I got there -- maybe 15 minutes -- but not a huge deal. Jeff is super-friendly and very chatty. He explained everything thoroughly, and I didn't find the adjustments painful. One nice thing is that he doesn't push X-rays (I especially appreciated that, as a nursing mom) or a bunch of follow-up visits. He even said, "Unless this is a pain you've had for 20 years, if I haven't gotten it fixed in three visits, I'm doing something wrong." That was nice to hear, as some of the chiropractors I was looking at before he was recommended seemed to expect you to be coming back for MONTHS! I've had two visits now (with instructions to make another if the pain comes back), and I feel great! If I have any more back or neck issues, I'll definitely see Jeff again.
