The shopkeeper tried to charge me an extortionate price (£80) because of my car for a replacement phone screen. He said "I could afford it". Then I agreed £50 (which is still more than the city centre price). I went back because the iPhone screen was faulty, kept either muting or going on loudspeaker or dialling random digits. I got told the warranty is "one or two weeks only"!!! This guy is a fraud and a rip off. Pay less and go into town to get your screen repaired. I'm going through my credit card company for a refund. Rude and arrogant. read more
