I told myself what the heck let me try and get legal help what's the worst that can happen. My daughter's grandmother was granted guardianship and it was practically impossible to get back (well it felt impossible) but Denise made sure that my experience was smooth and stress free. She got all my paperwork ready and answered all my questions anytime I emailed or called her. She also helped me understand my rights and minute order because my daughter's grandmother and her father never let me see my daughter and always wanted to take advantage of the guardianship. Denise also appointed a wonderful lawyer (Ayinde Jones) which made the process that much better. Denise made sure to call me before and after all my court hears which made me feel like someone was actually here to help me get my daughter back home with me, because if you know the court system then you know it's hard if you don't know much about law. Thanks to Denise and her staff at Elit legal, I was granted sole physical custody on August 12, 2021, which more than I could ever ask for. Denise gave me a piece of my life back brought my family back together where my 2 daughters are able to be a part of one another life and for that I'm forever grateful, now I can put this horrible chapter behind me and enjoy my daughters. Thank you, Denise, for everything you have done, and your work is amazing, I highly recommend coming to Denise. Remember to take a leap of faith you might just get more than what you are asking for. Thank you Elite Legal for all the help and support.
