Fill a bag on last day and final hour or so and pay high price. Hardly nothing is priced, so you don't know until you get a pile to the pay station. Which on a few occasions I have been to their sales has been silly high. Just wish they would label and price as much as they can (big items or high quality items) and do 50% off day like all the others. Ended up having to leave things behind in the final hour as they weren't willing to negotiate at all. read more

Excellent experience! We have a huge home stuffed to the brim with mostly small vintage and unusual items as I was an Ebay seller. Three ladies were an amazing team. I couldn't believe how they transformed our home (we are downsizing not dying!) into what looked like a fabulous 3 story antique mall! I felt the pricing was quite fair. Buyers enjoyed the ladies. We were not there at all during the set up and sale which was great. Our goal was to clear out the clutter to sell our home. We did make some money $3000 - but in hindsight I might have donated things instead of done an estate sale because we didn't have many valuable items and I worked so hard before the ladies even came to try to price and organize many many items. However even donating items is a lot of work! Downsizing, if you are collectors and pack rats is hard. Do it while you have the strength! At least 2/3 of our items were sold. Huge help. Keep In mind that furniture can be the hardest thing to sell unless you can easily cart and carry it. These ladies are in my opinion the best in the Denver area! read more

I have to say I have never met anyone with as much integrity and compassion. I called to ask about an estate liquidation. Not only did she not try and sell me on her service but she told me to take a breath and wait until I had more time to process my husband death before I made any decisions (it's been 3 weeks). I visited a SilverSun estate just a few days after I had written my previous 1 star review, which was based on previous experiences. There were two girls working there and not the owner. This seemed to have made a lot of difference. There was a much nicer, more cordial atmosphere. They greeted everyone and were very friendly. Although I didn't buy anything, prices seemed much more reasonable than I had seen at their other sales. Some things were a little overpriced for re-sellers, but overall there was at least _some_ value to be found in places. I did notice some negotiating going on, even on the first day. Overall it was a much better experience for the re-seller than my other visits to SilverSun sales. I think as long as you hit the sales with these two girls in charge you will be okay as a re-selling buyer. read more

Jill came by my house in the middle of a chaotic moment, and honestly assessed the situation. Rather than make promises that may have wasted both our time, Jill told me honestly what to expect out of a sale (based upon the items I didn't want to keep, she didn't recommend a sale), and also what to do with the items that were precious, and wanted to get a fair-market appraisal to keep, or sell at a later time. Her recommendations were wonderful, and she genuinely understands the issues people trying to curate, sell, or find space for loved ones items are facing. I'm so glad I found Silversun Estate Sales on Yelp. Working with Nicole and Jill was fantastic. I was moving out of state and needed to downsize significantly, so I decided to sell most of my possessions in a moving sale. I could have sold each item individually on Craigslist, or had a yard sale, but that was too much work for me. With Silversun, they handle everything. And I mean everything! Pricing, display, the sale itself, accounting, anything else for the sale. They even did haul-away after the sale for everything that didn't sell for a very inexpensive add-on price. Given how much work they put into everything, their overall pricing is more than reasonable, and when you factor in time I made a lot more than if I had tried to do everything myself. We used Silversun to liquidate my parents house. I would not recommend this company. The pricing on many items was ridiculously high (keep in mind we were selling, not buying). Friends and neighbors who went to the sale agreed, and also said that the people running the sale were hard to find. I did not expect everything to sell, but I am certain if the pricing had been more reasonable, more would have been sold. read more

We had to downsize the Condo from 2200 sq. ft. and had over 20 years of things accumulated that we had to deal with.
