Ever since they straightened me out I have been going at least once or twice a month for maintenance for the last 2 years. I have not had a problem since. Dr. Gaffin is awesome and he can diagnose a problem rather quickly. He is also very sensitive about doing neck adjustments and will not do it if you don't want it or if your neck muscles feel tight. One of the best things about his practice is, it's not just a 2 minute adjustment and you're out the door. I've been to chiropractors in New Jersey and California. My experience has always been a few quick adjustments and you're done. This is not the case at Fairless Hills Health Center. Each and every visit you get comprehensive treatment including the roller bed, muscle stimulus and hands-on muscle work. They also offer a lot of other therapeutic services based on your needs/diagnosis. The staff is AMAZING! They are all friendly and being friendly is definitely a plus but, more importantly, they are ALL highly skilled. They have evening hours so getting an appointment is not a problem. I look forward to my visits knowing I am keeping my spinal health in check.

He said that the remedy was a $1700 out of pocket treatment. My intuition told me differently. I went to PT and found out I had a sprained ankle and hip rotation that was throwing off my gait, both causing all the pain. They taped my ankle and have me doing different exercise to rebalance and get stronger and the pain is 95% gone at this point with still a few sessions to go. I have a healthy distrust of healthcare professionals born from experiences like this. I dodged a $1700 bullet. My advice to you is don't believe everything you are told, do your own research and use your intuition.

Then one day my back completely locked up for what I really though was no reason. In total pain, I was able to come in the same day and was quickly looked at. Six plus years later that back pain is just a distant memory, but as with any preventative maintenance I still come in monthly for adjustments to ensure that there are no serious problems building up. In addition, as a triathlete and martial artist I'm always dealing with sore muscles and the occasional over training. Joan Plumb's massages have become as much a part of my training routine as bike rides, swims or katas. Her knowledge and skill level is unmatched. I've never had a massage that can even come close to what she provides. I cannot recommend her enough for any athlete or pretty much anyone in need of the absolute best therapeutic massage.

Dr. Moriah was not there the day I wanted to go in. So, I saw someone else. I was, at the time, not in any particular pain. I've had neck injuries in the past and decided that I should try to get the problems actually fixed and not just go to the chiropractor when I'm in extreme pain or immobile. He was very nice and paid a lot of attention to me. However, I really felt like his adjustment did more harm than it did good. I'm pretty well versed in what a positive chiropractic adjustment feels like and this was not positive. When he adjusted my neck he seemed to lose his grip, so my neck didn't adjust. He quickly tried to do it again, but my neck muscles were already incredibly tight from the failed attempt, so it just hurt even more. Then I went to have the shock therapy and lay on the table with the rollers on it. The shock machine was fine, but while laying on the roller table, I noticed that I now had a sharp pain in my SI joint that I hadn't noticed before my adjustment. I mentioned it to him on my way out, and he was very kind and put me back on the table to try to put it into place, but it didn't seem to help at all. I guess I have to keep searching for a good chiropractor in the area.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my spouse who went to this practice for about a year. My…read morespouse had unexplained aches (particularly shoulder pain) and was referred to Dr. Grisafi by our GP. Perhaps my spouse's issues could not be addressed by chiropractic care, but there was no improvement in his symptoms after a considerable investment of time and money. The doc himself is very sweet and charismatic, quite funny too, and it seems on a weekend in a group environment people vie for his kindly attentions. He is sort of always on "broadcast" mode and not always the best listener. You don't get a lot of time with him. He has other people working there too, and my spouse was often shuttled off to one of them for... sessions with some little gun-like thing, and stretching. My spouse was encouraged to purchase a magnesium supplement which DOES help, but the same brand of which can be purchased elsewhere at less than a third of what was charged by the practice. Really not sure it would be fair to assign any kind of good or bad motivation to this gent, and plenty of his patients seem to be true believers. All i can say is that my spouse gave the doc the benefit of a long, more than fair trial and there was no improvement, and it was felt that the doc did not spend sufficient time with the patient. On the other hand, he did think the doc and employees sincere and mostly caring individuals, and that others might benefit from their care more than he did.
