He had lots of excuses, constantly complained about his health, family issues. Then he ghosted us by not answering our calls, returning our calls, communicating in any way with us as our home was in Foreclosure and about to be auctioned, we heard NOTHING from him. He took our money on a few occasions and did not fulfill his duties. We were forced to hire another attorney in order to save our home that we've lived in for over 25 years.
