Something about that front display drew us towards that beautiful little shop. Unfortunately, after camping outside the store before it opened so we'd be first in line, we learned that it was closed, meaning we'd be barred from the happiness it has to offer. This was a major blow to morale, and nearly ruined the trip entirely. To fill the lacuna left by Live Love Laugh's absence, we went to every other store on the strip. We were completely unaware of the trauma we were about to endure. Each store was more and more scarring; I have never seen more offensive graphic t-shirts in my life. Abhorrent is the only word that comes to mind and we are not yet healed from the deceptively violating words that we read. None of us will ever be the same, and we author this Yelp review to help promote the safety of others. The energy surrounding these tourist traps is dangerous, but soul-shattering inside. We were all hoping that by the time we passed Live Love Laugh on our way out of Lake George that it would indeed be open and we would have one last shot at redemption. Unfortunately, the void in our souls remains deprived of the healing nature of living, loving, or laughing. Regardless, we still absolutely adore this store, and are salivating at the thought of being able to get into the store eventually. Once I found a sweatshirt I liked, I took it off the hanger to try on and a woman immediately ran next to me to make sure I wasn't stealing (she pretended to organize clothes next to me), it was extremely obvious she thought I was stealing that I felt uncomfortable and left. Really gross way to treat customers and I was well dressed, I cannot imagine how they would have acted had I dressed more casually. The store needs to modify how they treat customers.

I was pleasantly surprised by it, and I've been buying these types of products long enough to know their inventory is legit. My only gripe would be that after asking us if we were first time customers and then explaining that because we were, they needed to scan our IDs into the system, no one explained the process of making a purchase there. It's different than any other dispensary I've been to so I was kind of lost until I watched other people and realized you have to use the tablets they have around the store to find the items you want and then place a pickup order. I chose to pay at the time of pickup using my debit card. That was a strange process as well. Supposedly (I haven't looked into it) their credit card machines work like an ATM. ATMs charge a fee, theirs is $3.00. Ok, swipe the card and they give you cash. Why are they giving me cash? The "ATM" rounds up your purchase. Why does it do that? Don't know and I don't think they did either. You'd think it would be rounded to the nearest $20 since ATMs only dispense 20's but my total was rounded up to $98 and I was given $4 and change back. My gfs total was rounded up to $28. Maybe the 8 was a coincidence. It's just an odd way to take payments with all of the options available. Next time I'm ordering online and paying before I show up. I may as well have paid $98 because I ended up with $4 in my wallet that's just sitting there. Anyway, point is that they should really explain to new customers how everything works because once you are in you are on your own. No one came around to help, and after we were there figuring out the process on our own, and then deciding what we wanted for 20-30 mins, then standing in front of the counter for another 15 mins waiting to be called we were finally asked if we were there for a pickup.
