This company was called when my historic car needed special vehicle hauling to a restoration shop…read moreacross town. I was apprehensive because vintage vehicles demand more care during shipment and I didn't want some inexperienced person handling it. From the initial phone contact I knew they knew the need of careful treatment. The tow truck driver arrived on time, assessed the vehicle thoroughly, and used the necessary tools to ensure there was no damage during the loading process. He walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before bringing the car over." The attention to detail was outstanding and honestly provided me peace of mind throughout the entire process. The driver knew his stuff when it came to special vehicle towing, and handled the automobile with the attention it deserved, not as simply another normal job. The vehicle arrived safely with no problem at all. Since then I have suggested this firm to several friends who own motorbikes and collector automobiles because reliable towing businesses are hard to come by. Compared to other firms I've dealt with in the past, I was quite impressed with their professionalism, communication and general customer care. If you want your costly vehicles to receive cautious handling or need reputable car towing services, this is definitely a company worth calling.

Reached out for a quote and didn't get a response back until 6 days later saying "unable to…read moreservice". Why even bother at that point? Also, I was just asking for a quote. Unable to service the quote? I ended up going with a different company and was 100% satisfied with the service. Edit: In response to the response for this review, I recommend you reach out to Yelp and have them remove you from weekend services as I did not view your page to see whether or not you were open on the weekends. I requested a quote via Yelp and Yelp sent the quote request to a list of available companies at the time. If your company is not available for services on the weekends, then you should let Yelp know to prevent this from happening in the future.

The vehicles included a classic Ford F100 pickup that had to be carefully maneuvered into a 10 x 20 storage unit that barely fit the truck and was located on a hill. The driver had to get creative to safely position and secure it inside the unit. There was also a classic Chevy Caprice that was not running and had no keys, a Ford Ecostar van that was not running, and a 1972 Honda CL350 motorcycle that had not run in decades. All except the van had been stored in a garage for over 35 years. Mario communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and provided fair pricing. Moving older vehicles in this condition requires patience and experience, and he handled everything professionally and with great care. I highly recommend Dependable Towing and Recovery Services.
