Currently, I take part in outside community activities. Our Life Enrichment team also has a variety of activities scheduled on-site throughout the day. Touchmark supplies yard work, home maintenance, and weekly housekeeping. I just look at the menu at mealtime and decide what I want to eat. Our chef is wonderful. No more grocery shopping or cooking. The high school and college kids that serve us are like grandchildren you get to see every day. The health and fitness director will assess you and find an exercise class that will enhance your health. Friends gather and visit the Pub in the evenings. It is wonderful to know all my neighbors and live where we feel safe. Touchmark is a great place to spend this season of my life.

The Pitzner landscape crew keeps the grounds immaculate. Grass mowed, snow shoveled and planting seasonal flowers and hanging Christmas Lights. Very friendly. The staff is courteous and quickly knows and greets you by name. The chef's cook delicious meals. Neighbors are friendly even though I only see their eyes and a mask. We have felt safe living here with all the Covid. They have been very cautious. Can hardly wait until this pandemic comes to an end so we can fully enjoy our new community and family can visit. I can say from experience that this is the best place I've ever worked in my 40 years doing hair. I LOVE the people who live here, they have become my dear friends. The activities director and her assistant are amazing at what they do. Just today we had a fall festival happy hour with delicious food and decorations, an outdoor fire pit on our beautiful patio (one of several) and everyone including myself, had a great time. This place is so much fun, I'd live here myself if I were older. They are redecorating and getting new paint, furniture and carpet. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and relaxing. You really need to visit yourself, call for a tour, you will be impressed.

Luckily, some of her meds such as thyroid and cholesterol, had leftovers at home to take until her doctors followup in 6+ days. New meds for stroke and high blood pressure were never sent to the pharmacy for pickup. You will not get any callback from case management. D/c planning will ignore you once you've been released. Rehab only works with patients bare minimum time possibly 30 minutes daily, she was left in bed most of the day. LPN desk staff will ignore call lights and send CNA to intervene while pain is ignored and meds withheld for extended time. MHG (CCMH) will automatically send patients here because of financial interest, not to rehabilitate or improve quality of life. No medication RX is ensuring she will have another stroke, don't use this facility please.
