When I called my Mom at 5:00 PM the flowers still had not arrived. I called Kim's and she was complaining as she felt the delivery fee that was charged was not enough, but she would deliver out of the good ness of her heart. I'm like what? So she said they could not deliver on Friday as she did not get to the area. Then when I called my Mom the flowers didn't seem like they were the exact arrangement I ordered, so don't believe they honor the pictures on the site. I did indicate no substitutes etc on my order. I paid over 42.00 for an arrangement that should have taken my Mom's breath away. My Mom's was not impressed nor was I.

Dana was so kind and patient when working with me in coming up with specific florals I had in mind, and I was so grateful for all the time she gave me during that process. Dana even created a sweet little piece for my mom that was attached to my bouquet to give her, and that meant the world to me.
